Scope of work

• Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions and monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Prepare Authority approval Tracker to monitor the status of the authority permit
• Prepare workflow plan ahead schedule to prevent problems and resolve any emerging one
• Obtaining building, tie in point permit with the Municipality governing bodies
• Review Architectural Plans and other design discipline as per Local building design code and advised Client, Sub-consultant and Contractor in any design deviation and it implication
• Manage and mentor Junior Architect by guiding them through the Design, building regulations and procedures of project site implementation condition that requires to be addressed before or during construction stage
• Prepare submission strategy, presentation on how Drawings and documents are to be submitted with authorities
• Review and prepare ongoing site revision for drawings and ensure its aligned with the site conditions

• Prepare Design concept, Schematic preliminary and Final Design drawings for Authorities Approval (Dubai Municipality, Road transport, Elect and water approval and etc
• Liaising and advised Client with design ideas, aesthetic and engineering values of their project
• Prepare FF & E Mood board for client approval
• Prepare and Review shop Drawings and material specifications before issuing an approval to contractors and making sure that the requirements is implemented as per contract and authorities regulation
• Lead and manage Design and Drafting team in preparation for Authorities approval
• Develop design brief and program, Answer RFI from contractors and other sub-consultant
• Evaluate and advise in Building design, Civil defense, environmental and other legal regulations by obtaining initial approvals, special exemption approval from the authorities
• Producing, analyzing and advising with the specification, materials selection and detailed design solutions to produce a high quality standard of architectural works and ensure all relevant building services is well coordinated to maintain a consistent project program
• Liaising with the Client’s, Representative and sub-consultants/Contractor as directed by the management, and ensure that they are kept regularly and appropriately informed as to the progress on projects
• Review and identify specification that is not included in the contract
• Review, analyze and prepare cost program for all contractor’s tendered offer for Client reviews and approval

Scope of works

• Prepare schematic and design layout Proposal using CAD and sketch up program for front and back of the house design
• Attend meeting and coordinate with other Consultant and interior designer in respect to the design requirements of the Kitchen
• Prepare work program, Kitchen equipment list and requirement to be issued to other consultant and contractor
• Liaise with the Interior consultant with the type of Kitchen layout needed as per the concept of the restaurant
• Provide routing of the waste management and deliver of goods to the storage.
