· Managing Commission after the sale is materialized, calculating as per company norms and policies.
· Review and handling pay out of appx. 5 million Commission on daily basis.
· Manage an efficient roadshow to achieve organizations objectives, act as the primary point of contact for road shows.
· Plan and execute assigned roadshows.
· Responsible for all logistics surrounding the roadshow.
· Review and report roadshow activity in a structured and timely manner.

· Establish a feasible roadshow plan with the head of agency.
· Handling External Agent’s commission.
· Review and process invoices of Broker companies.
· Providing an effective system to track Payable Accounts for effective Cash Flow Management.
· Reviewing and determining all payments due and cheques disbursement schedule as per our Cash budget.
· Invoicing against Purchase Order, suppliers’ discounts, and rebates.
· Ensures implication of “On Spot Commission” policy of company.
