  • Worked with Indus Towers Limited (Formally Known as Bharti Infratel Ltd.).
  • In Supply Chain Management as Control & Monitoring Manager (Aug’16- Apr’21).
  • Drive the creation of SCM AOP, by capturing information and previous year’s data on spends etc.
  • Submit the SCM AOP to Head SCM for approval and presentation before the leadership team for approval.
  • Providing Data to SCM head of all the activities of Supply chain and taking responsibilities to ensure delivery of services to user and administration with adherence to processes.
  • Monitor KPI’s vis-à-vis the AOP, and identify deviations if any, seek clarity, identify and deploy corrective actions if needed.
  • Coordination with Warehouse team for ensuring timely material receipt and also ensuring there is no RTV dispute with suppliers on account of damages or compliances.
  • Monitor financial parameters of SCM function basis with respect to inventory costs - aged inventory, redeployment of inventory, Scrap cost, refurbishing cost, assets being returned to warehouse, cost of laying a new site and its up-gradation cost, etc.
  • Drive the procurement and ensure timely delivery of goods and services to the business at the optimum price, by Suppliers with the objective of achieving high degree of cost optimization on existing and future spend on goods and services, payout to Suppliers etc.
  • Keep track of the non-moving inventory at circle and identify innovative alternative ways of using obsolete materials in coordination with the technical team.
  • Act as an interface between the auditor and auditee and facilitate the audit team in acquiring the required information from SCM team and successful closure of the audit.
  • Ensure that all the audit recommendations are implemented and adhered to by the SCM team.
  • Provide trigger to Head SCM in case of any serious gap.
  • Coordination with all the suppliers for delivery of products and ensuring their payments are done within due dates.
  • Provide inputs to Finance team towards adherence and improvement of processes relating to Supplier payments and building a robust VHD payment process.
  • Maintaining documentation, database, files & information and ensure availability at any given time.
  • Developing a report/MIS on daily basis, depicting details of pending invoices & Payments, incomplete documentation of invoices etc.
  • Engage with circle team/buyers to ensure completion of all the incomplete invoice documentation and to get it approved by finance team to release Supplier payment.
  • In Project Deployment as Special Projects Manager.
