Additional Information

  • Reported, verbally and in writing, developmental progress and problems to children’s parents via parent-teacher conferences twice a year. Evaluate the performance of teachers and provide verbal/written performance on termly bases. Worked on collecting evidence to build the annual School Development Plan that follows the recommendations of ADEK through inspections. Develops plans based on goals from observations/curriculum. Lesson plans support all areas of development and reflect children's interests and needs (Thematic base learning/Centers). Worked with SOD Department to review/ modify IEPs to suit students' needs.
