• SUSTAIN THE EXISTING CAPABILITY FOR COMPONENT SERVICES IN TERM OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENT, TOOLS, MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENT AND SHOP SETUP.
• RESPONSIBLE TO REVIEW LATEST REVISION OF TECHNICAL DOCUMNET RECEIVED FROM OEM FOR NEW PROCEDURE OR TOOL ADDED AND MAKE SURE RESPECTIVE SHOP ARE ABLE TO CONTINUE THE CAPABILITY WITH CURRENT TECHNICAL DOCUMENT REQUIREMENT.
• START THE PROCESS FOR NEW CAPABILITY DEVELOPEMENT AFTER STUDY DONE BY DEVELOPEMENT ENGINEER. CAPABILITY REVIEW ENGINEER WILL HANDLE THE TOOLS, SHOP SETUP, MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENT , ALTERNATE TOOL AND TRAINING. BELOW ARE CURRENT CAPABILITY DONE.
• BOEING 787 POWER DRIVE UNIT P/N 43212 & 43123 SERIES
• BOEING 777 ELEVATOR PCU ASSY
• BOEING 787 VACCUM TOILET ASSY ( ON GOING)
• A350 MAIN WHEEL ASSY (ON GOING)
• A350 NOSE WHEEL (ON GOING)

• Verified quality to maintain strict standards for safety, potency and purity.
• Provided for servicing, maintenance and protection of aircraft component .
• working on Aircraft Galley Product ( OVEN, CHILLER, COFFE MAKER)

Testing and Final Inspection

- Perform all testing as required in manufacturer manual.

- Testing carried out including insulation testing, dielectric testing,

bonding, vibration testing.

- The final result must meet the minimum requirement as per manual.

- Final inspection required before release the serviceable component.

All paper work including testing result and report must be

compliance to manufacturer standard.

Preparing Release to Service Certificate upon completion of repair or overhaul work on aircraft component.

- Make sure all work done in accordance with approve document.

- Make sure the physically and documentation is tele in term of P/N,

Doc Revision and Date.

- Work constantly on any discrepancy on work procedure or

documentation for improvement program

- Provide the Release to Service certificate as per customer request.

- Liaise with planner and to achieve shop Turn Around Time for

component maintenance completion.

- Perform Repair and overhaul on aircraft component (Electrical).

New Capability and Technology Transfer

- Involve in new capability build up in SRT MALAYSIA (WINDSHIELD

WIPER MOTOR) from beginning up to the product launching.

- Responsible to do a self-study on product, technical procedure and

work area setup. Work closely with Repair and Development

Engineer in this project
