- Beamtrail was founded in 2018 and I was hired together with another architect to establish the software engineering organization and technical platform of Beamtrail
- This included building the initial infrastructure, architecture and technology stack
- I formed, recruited and have since managed the teams responsible for developing the frontend and backend service platform across our products
- The teams have now grown to 20 engineers in total and as project manager I coordinate across multiple projects and teams
- The teams are heavily involved in product integration, quality assurance and deployments and has throughout Beamtrail’s lifetime been leading the continuous delivery effort
- We have based the software stack on reactive architecture and programming principles, using
- Kotlin, Akka, NATS and Protobuf on the backend and React + Typescript on the frontend, with a focus on CI/CD pipelines using Teamcity, Ansible and Docker.

- Consultant at Danske Fragtmænd: I was asked to help save the project weighted down by critical customer dissatisfaction because of lack of task management, documentation, quality & transparency. I managed too turn this around by introduce a SCRUM based process and better tooling, which resulted in a much happier customer. Shortly after I was hired as an independent consult when the IBM contract was cancelled.

- Team lead responsible for tooling, integration and deployment of the multi-team/multi-
component Clinical Process project (approx. 70 people). I was initially brought in by the program manager to help turn around a chaotic development project. By the introduction of a structured iterative process, efficient continuous integration, a well- defined component architecture and improved inter team communication, the project ended up delivering well tested releases on a predictable and regular basis. - Developer and later team leader on the medication module project at Acure (later IBM healthcare division).
