• Description This is the project Java, Oracle with the implementation on Threading Concept to access with multi- users. The software developed the Accounting for the students and the faculty members of the college having Internet Accessing Card. The Accessing hour of each day has been accounted and maintaining the remaining hours to access through this software by login into the system which has included in the software. After finishing their allotted hours, the software won’t allow the user to access the Internet. Here the back-end is Oracle8.0 and the Front-end designed with JAVA 2.0. The Internet Explorer can be accessed only through this software, no other facility to access without login. With the machine number the user ID and the login time and logout time are stored in the database.
