• Established Long-term service agreements for Pump/Compressor seals and accessories with all Major Oil companies in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
• Preparation of technical proposals of seals and sealing system in new applications, seal upgrades and retrofitting of the other seals.
• Successful in completing Single to double seal upgrade retrofit projects in ADNOC GAS.
• Providing onsite service engineering support based on customer requirements pertaining to seal installation and investigation of seal leakages.
• Performing seal failure analysis and preparation of root cause, failure analysis reports of mechanical seals along with Eagleburgmann technical team and feeding back to internal and external customer for further improvements in the seals and sealant systems.
• Providing ongoing technical and commercial support to commercial team.

• Responsible for Field upgradations and equipment modification and a key player in techno-commercial negotiation with customers.
• Delivering the required product, configuration & documentation in a timely and proficient manner to successfully meet project requirements.
• Identifying changes in project scope based on customer requirements and responding to unscheduled and emergency service requests.
• Participating in regular review meetings to prioritize workload & review performance, ensuring that client expectations are met in a profitable and timely manner.
• Assist in conducting root cause analysis and providing installations, maintenance and trouble-shooting within Service Level Agreements to ensure that profitability targets are met or exceeded.
• Identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability, performance and reduce maintenance costs by standardization and upgrading of all the existing mechanical seals
• Adhering to mechanical seal selection guidelines, thus making considerable improvements in performance and increased life of the mechanical seals, which in turn lead to reduced maintenance costs due seal failure.
• Providing ideas on the maintenance aspects of projects and providing mechanical expertise to assist Technicians in specific maintenance tasks.
• Tracking personal work schedule, including work in progress, ensuring the timely completion of each project stage, and handing over of completed projects.
• Liaising with EPC, traders & end-users to define new product requirements and traveling to client’s premises or site, for commissioning, testing, training or kick-off meetings.
• Ensuring that all project documentation is completed accurately and recorded in accordance with company procedures.
• Adhering to all relevant quality and safety procedures and policies at all times and performing other duties or tasks as required.
