· Plan and execute Control Testing that includes RCSA and KRI for all units within Retail & Commercial Credit and Remedial Risk Management + SARD.

· Supervision of BIA/BCP of Retail & Commercial Credit and Remedial Risk Management including SARD (Special Asset Restructuring Dept.)

· CB reporting on Quarterly basis having statistics on incidents including trends and action taken by the bank

· Conduct control testing within agreed parameters and apply controls to monitor compliance and assess unit operational effectiveness, record, track and monitor observations to drive closure of outstanding risks.

· Produce business focused risk and control MIS and data to engage and inform the unit managers and the unit.

· Conduct assurance and due diligence reviews and ‘challenge’ sessions for risk assessments to ensure the ongoing quality of the Units Risk posture.

· Monitor and report the threshold breaches related to KRI (Key Risk Indicators) in the system and solicit the justification from respective units on the breaches.

· Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.

· Initiate document workflow processes and ensure unit departments following agreed quality documentation standards.

· Ensure all operational losses are evaluated and correctly reported on a monthly basis by the testing team and compile all test results and update the same on the bank’s system and management dashboard.

  • Credit Policy and Processes:

· Responsible for credit policies and procedures of the assets products portfolio.

· Accountable for implementation and timely roll out of updated policies and procedures to the credit and business units of the bank

  • Portfolio Analysis & Market Study:

· Analyze portfolios along asset products and customer segments on all key risk parameters and assist business and policy managers to take appropriate decision to ensure effective loss containment and to explore areas of opportunity to maximize portfolio and profitability growth

· Monitor the policy and report the breaches in a timely manner for appropriate management action

· Prepare portfolio presentation and dashboard for the management review
