Oversee staff recruitment, development and evaluation, budget management, record and administration organization, student discipline, program initiatives, team building, professional development coordination, data to instructions coordination, parent teacher relationship building, shared decision making, part of innovation tea. Plan, control and direct overall activities of Science department with 542 students and 7 faculty members. Develop and implement policies and practices, data analysis and interpretation, action plans and setting expectations, events planning and implementation, inquiry based learning model, continuous teacher development and evaluation, AP (Advanced placement) courses coordination, staff recruitment onboarding and development, team work and consistent progress in student outcomes.
Plan and coordinate overall activities of grades 3-5 with 105 students and 5 faculty members. Curriculum planning, development and delivery. Improving teaching and learning and student outcomes with improved monitoring systems. Organize and implement weekly professional development sessions. Plan and revise lesson plans to incorporate wide range of instructional strategies and innovative classroom activities. Observation and assessment of student performance grade 4 - 45 students, differentiation, challenge, feedback and support all level of students. After school Yoga club planning and facilitation, establish positive relationships between students, teachers, parents and administrators.
