- Coordinate all FM operations hard and soft services to ensure all operations run smoothly for any work order and any request or event
- Review daily report such as cleaning report, sanitization report and daily pantry consumables
- Monitoring the cleaning schedule in line with the audits
- Having a full understanding of Facility Management contracts, the Operating Plans, Service Models, KPI's & SLA's, Service Levels, Maintenance Types
- Asset condition monitoring
- Check service provider daily audits, includes cleaning levels, PPMs, as well as office documentation and filing - HSE, toolbox and operation briefings and other operational meetings
- Reporting any waste outside the waste streams
- Liaise with other operational functional areas with in and outside of Expo2020 as required
- Being the focal point of operational requirements in relation to tasks needing hard services contractors or construction contractors
- Monitoring service providers performance, with proper accuracy and in line with the contract
- Main liaise to the service provider and logistics for goods delivery
- Support in recycling, systems, and to work as a liaison with Appointed waste service provider
- Raising service requests through CAFM.
