• Preparation of best quotes/commercial/pricing models for
small , medium, large and multi-year fixed bid projects
• Collaborating with key stakeholders such as Sales Lead, Bid
Manager, Legal team, Delivery teams in providing the right
solution / price to the customer
• Translating the effort estimates into costs and builds
profit/loss scenarios
• Analyzing and highlighting commercial / legal / operational
risks in a given deal
• Preparation of rate cards for the time and material projects
• Developing appropriate commercial solutions for the
business taking account of issues/risk related to Sales,
Delivery, Legal, Finance and Risk for Vendor and Customer
contracts
• Review of MSA and SOW and providing guidance on
clauses
