Financial and Real Estate Acumen:

• Preparing financial models and reports for Senior Management decision making on monthly basis.
• Performing in-depth research on real estate industry, market, and competitors to support pricing, project development and investment/partnership opportunities primarily in the UAE and Qatar.
• Advanced financial modeling with cash flow projections, sensitivity analysis and conducting financial feasibility, market study and financial analysis of real estate projects.

Group/Shareholder Real Estate Portfolio & Investment Advisory:

• Perform market research, financial analysis, and evaluation of portfolio properties under management (~AED 2 Bn). Create clear and precise presentation to the Group on the recommendations for different portfolio of assets.
• Assist in leasing of retail and industrial assets, with the help of external broker and consultant.
  Recommending shareholder on sales and rent pricing. Coordinating with existing and prospective tenant.
• Advise and make recommendations based on IRR, NPV, Payback Period, and Comparable approach

Asset Acquisitions, Investment and Divestments:

• Identifying target properties that meet the Group’s specified investment criteria. Assist in due diligence on opportunities chosen for investment.
• Assist in performing market and financial evaluation on potential opportunities. Interact with brokers, consultants, evaluators/surveyors to scout for new opportunities which meet the Group’s investment criteria.
• Assist in sale and exiting the investment through putting the asset on market through coordinating with brokers, surveyors, real estate advisory firms.

• Part of the Business Finance & Program Management Team of TCS
• Analysis and performance tracking of current projects and clients across different verticals for profitability, and manpower realization
• Analyze Project risks from client’s perspective considering geographies, verticals and utilization as well as identify opportunities to tap synergies and upsell. Projection of revenues, margins and headcounts and analyze differences with actual results.
• Budget and cost control and monitoring for billing and billing leakages to ensure compliance with internal policies, practice, standards, and Service Level Agreements signed with clients.
• Coordinate with the Delivery Managers and ensure 100% allocation for all associates. Report generation for Top Management to facilitate easy analysis and form appropriate strategies; create custom reports for Clients; Operations; Finance.
