1. Dubai Expo City-COP 28:

• Project Overview: This project involves temporary structure buildings and existing G+2 pavilions used for exhibitions, meetings, theaters, and offices during COP 28.
• Project Scope: Complete design for power distribution system in coordination with the existing infrastructure.
• Project Deliverables: Load Calculations, Power Distribution Plans, Load Schedules, Single Line Diagrams & DEWA Approval.

2. Dubai Expo City G+2 Infill:

• Project Overview: At Expo, selected G+2 pavilions have been interconnected via an infill slab, creating a unified floor space across multiple buildings. This expansion aims to augment tenant areas for future office use.
• Project Scope: Complete re-design of LV system.
• Project Deliverables: Power Distribution & Small Power Plans, Lighting & Lighting Control Plans, Emergency Lighting Plans, Single Line Diagrams, Load Schedules & DEWA Approval.

3. Dubai Expo City-Thematic Districts Power Upgrade:

• Project Overview: This project consists of 84 low rise buildings distributed across three districts: Sustainability, Mobility and Opportunity,all sharing a common basement where all Substations and LV Rooms are located.
• Project Scope: Comprehensive redesign of the power distribution system to accommodate the transition in usage from exhibitions to offices for the tenants.
• Project Deliverables: Load Schedules, Single Line diagrams & DEWA Approval.

4. Dubai Expo 2020-Vision Pavilion:

• Project Overview: The G+3 Exhibition Building situated in the Sustainability District was specifically designated to showcase HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid's vision to the world during Expo 2020.
• Project Scope : Complete design of LV System.
• Project Deliverables: Power Distribution & Small Power Plans, Lighting & Lighting Control Plans, Emergency Lighting Plans, Single Line Diagrams, Load Schedules & DEWA Approval.

5. Dubai Expo 2020-BOTB:

• Project Overview: A collection of upscale restaurants spread across the Opportunity and Mobility Districts.
• Project Scope: Complete design of LV System.
• Project Deliverables: Power Distribution & Small Power Plans, Lighting & Lighting Control Plans, Emergency Lighting Plans, Single Line Diagrams & Load Schedules.

6. Dubai Expo 2020-TV Studios :

• Project Overview: Various television studios are situated in the Sustainability, Mobility, and Opportunity Districts.
• Project Scope: Complete design of LV system.
• Project Deliverables: Power Distribution & Small Power Plans, Lighting & Lighting Control Plans, Emergency Lighting Plans, Single Line Diagrams, Load Schedules & DEWA Approval.

7. Dubai Expo 2020-Worker's Monuments:

• Project Overview: This project serves as a tribute to the construction workers who played a vital role in Expo 2020. Their names have been engraved on a collection of 38 Omani stone columns.
• Project Scope: Design the lighting and Lighting control system for the stone columns.
• Project Deliverables: Lighting & Lighting Control Plans.

8. Dubai Expo 2020 Government of the Future Offices:

• Project Overview: Luxurious offices situated at Parcel C within Al Wasl Plaza.
• Project Scope: Complete design of LV system.
• Project Deliverables: Power Distribution & Small Power Plans, Lighting & Lighting Control Plans, Emergency Lighting Plans, Single Line Diagrams, Load Schedules & DEWA Approval.

9. Gargash Apartments:

• Project Overview: G+15 Residential buildings
• Project Scope: Value Engineering
• Project Deliverables: Power Distribution & Small Power Plans, Lighting & Lighting Control Plans, Emergency Lighting Plans, Single Line Diagrams & Load Schedules.
• Project Outcomes: 20% cost savings on the MEP system.

10. Private Villa:

• Project Overview: A distinctive G+1 private villa in Dubai's Jumeira area, employing PV, radiant cooling, and geothermal systems to achieve optimal energy efficiency.
• Project Scope: Design Complete LV & ELV Systems.
• Project Deliverables: Power Distribution & Small Power Plans, Lighting & Lighting Control Plans, Emergency Lighting Plans, Single Line Diagrams, Load Schedules, BMS System Plans ,Telecom Plans & DEWA Approval.

11. GTC Geotechnical Lab:

• Project Description: Geotechnical Lab located in DIP.
• Project Scope: Complete design of LV system.
• Project Deliverables: Power Distribution & Small Power Plans, Lighting & Lighting Control Plans, Emergency Lighting Plans, Single Line Diagrams & Load Schedules

Supervision Projects:

1. Dubai EXPO 2020-Al Wasl Plaza Pavilions:

• Project Description: This project features three G+9 office buildings, connected to the EXPO Thematic Districts, along with a 3D projection steel structure and public realm areas. The three office buildings have achieved LEED Platinum certification by incorporating PV panels, LED lighting, and other sustainability measures.

2. Dubai EXPO 2020-Al Wasl Plaza Hotel Pavilions:

• Project Description: This project includes two shell-and-core hotels and the fit-out of the royal accommodation and Majlis. The project achieved LEED Gold certification by incorporating PV panels, LED lighting, and other sustainability measures.

3. Dubai EXPO 2020-Morocco Pavilion:

• Project Description: Self Built G+8 pavilion located in Opportunity District and dedicated to showcase the Moroccan culture and achievements.

4. Dubai EXPO 2020-Heliport:

• Project Description: G+1 VIP Helicopter terminal

5. Dubai EXPO 2020-Women's Pavilion:

• Project Description: G+1 Exhibition, located the Sustainability District, and dedicated to showcase the exceptional accomplishments of women.

6. Dubai EXPO 2020 Carousel:

• Project Description: A self-build plot in the Mobility District served as an attraction for visitors of all ages, offering carousel rides and a variety of food trucks.
