· Air Conditioner Sales (Achieving the Required Sales Target).

· Design of Mechanical Systems (A/C & Ventilation Systems).

· Review the contract documents of all projects including the new projects, and the operation and maintenance projects.

· Detailed study of scope of work, Specification, Equipment Schedule and BOQ (Tender) etc.

· Design Submission and Preparation of Design and Analysis Report to submit the client.

· Preparation of Bill of Quantities and floating the enquiries to the venders.

· Carry out coordination between all projects and activities of main contractors and sup-contractors.

· Preparation of Workshop Drawing and Material submittal for consultant approval.

· Supervision of installation of, HVAC system, items as per standard norms.

· Floating Request for Inspection of installations to Consultant and rectifying if any snag works / comments.

· Floating request to consultant for material inspection as per submittals and specification.

· Coordination with all other services like Architectural & Electrical, etc towards successful completion of project.

· Coordinating with Architect / Contractors during the execution of the project.

· Ensure full coordination between all other disciplines has been carried out for all internal and external HVAC services.

· Revise and approve all mechanical material submittals according to the specification (Mechanical Services).

• Used investigative troubleshooting strategies to efficiently locate and diagnose system faults.
• Led project scheduling and budgeting to successfully complete engineering projects within target parameters.
• Provided technical advice to junior engineers to improve design.

• Supervise the installation of water supply system, filtration system, water drainage system, fountains and water feature system, irrigation system, fire fighting system, disposal system, low pressure gas system, and lifting and auto walk system
• Prepare and/or approve all modification and alteration work if any to all piping and ducting installation
• Revise and approve all mechanical material submittals according to the specification
• Supervise all testing, adjusting, pre-commissioning and commissioning of all mechanical systems and equipment.

• Supervise the mechanical work in buildings which includes internal and external work such as: air conditioning, drainage, fire fighting, l, pump stations, piping, water tanks, irrigation system and lifts
• Revise all mechanical shop drawings, specifications, material submittals and samples
• Follow up all testing, pre commissioning and commissioning programs of mechanical system in buildings

• Supervise the mechanical work in buildings which includes internal and external work such as: air conditioning, drainage, fire fighting, low pressure gas, , piping, , irrigation system and lifts
• Revise all mechanical shop drawings, specifications, material submittals and samples
• Checking and testing of all supplied mechanical materials according to the specification and submittals
• Review the monthly progress and payment report of the mechanical work.
