  • Create Viva accounts for the ticketing staff (Reset Password, disable accounts, extend account activation duration, account permissions such as admin, supervisor, and cashier)
  • Add product/items for all Giftshops
  • Design, create and print all QR barcodes and add it to Viva system
  • Upload Workshop details to the viva system
  • Install the setup of Al Hosn & Manarat al Saadiyat & Berklee Abu Dhabi viva ticketing system
