  • Organize and coordinate Daily and Weekly Site Progress Meetings, conferences and travel arrangements if required.
  • Using web-based software (Aconex, Proliance, SharePoint and Unifier), manage the uploading, downloading, registration and transmission of documents, submittals, drawings, letters, RFIs, WIR & MIRs etc.

  • Collaborate and communicate with the project team, team leaders, and project manager.

  • Provide administrative assistance to the project team and Project Directors as requested.
