Reporting to the Venue Security Manager and assist with the management of the contracted security services at Yas Marina Circuit, which includes incident and emergency response with associated liaison with Yas Island Management, other Yas Island stakeholders, Government agencies and manpower / equipment coordination with the security service provider.

  • Key Accountabilities (Description)

- Implement the Security Management Plan and its elements for Yas Marina Circuit.

- PR Raising

- Implement Standard Operating Procedures for day to day security activities.


- Dealing with Purchase Order and Purchase Requisitions related to Department in direct liaison with Supply Chain Management and external parties.

- Handling and mobilizing the department’s budget allocating to various needs in compliance to ADMM standard procedures to fulfill the Department’s requirements.

- Manage the activities of the third-party security contractors responsible for YMC Security.

- Monitor third party security contractor’s performance in accordance with SLA and KPI’s.

- Assist with QA audits of the security service provider performance.

- Conduct operational performance assessments of the security service provider.

- Liaise and coordinate with YMC stakeholders and venue users.

- Fulfill the function of Bronze Level for Emergency Response and incident management.

- Ensure the Implementation of Risk Management measures as directed.

- Assist in the development and implementation of the event security plan for major venue events.

- Assist in monitoring the performance of technical security systems installed at YMC.

- Perform all additional tasks required by management in relation to the job.

- Ensure that standards and confidentiality required by Law and by Management are maintained at all the times.

Assist with the development and implementation of the ETHARA Security Training manual in liaison with NSI/ASSD.
