• Managing company accounts up to finalization as per IFRS & interacting with statutory auditors for year-end auditing.
• Liaising with PWC forensic audit team & Danfoss internal auditors & providing them with sufficient information & reports.
• Expertise in L/C documentation & trade finance.
• Responsible for successfully implementing online banking, inventory integration & wage payment through WPS.
• Maintaining close liaison with bankers to see that business is operated with facility granted by bank for merger.
