• Work as Facility Management in Qaryat Al Hidd Project - Al Saddest Island, in a stage of Handing over the project from the contractor and consultant and prepare the snag lists after the pre-handing over.
• Work as Project Manager (Owner representative) to complete the finishing work in new project (40 Villas Complex MBZ city), and handover the project from the consultant and the contractor.
• Responsible about all maintenance works in our projects (about 1200 units), and follow up all engineering activities in the company.
• Prepare strategy plans to build a strong foundation of all the required activities like MEP maintenance, civil maintenance, security and cleaning to open a new market competition for our company to have more facilities.
• Prepare the programs of all the activities monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Review and submit monthly reports to the management.
• Attend meetings with the customers in order to finalize their drawing to proceed their fit-out work.
• Review and finalize the contracts of the subcontractors, and issue the approval, and follow up the scope procedure.
