Scope: Managed expediting for 70+ POs across electrical, instrumentation, telecom, and mechanical packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main focal point with vendors, tracking manufacturing progress, documentation, inspections, and delivery.
• Follow up on SDRLs, ITPs, GA drawings, FAT procedures, and engineering queries to maintain progress.
• Track CDD, FDD, and ROS dates, identify delays, and coordinate recovery plans with internal teams.
• Coordinate PIM/FAT readiness and punch-list closure with QA/QC.
• Conduct weekly vendor meetings and attend weekly client progress meetings.
• Support logistics by verifying packing lists, shipment documents, and dispatch readiness.
• Assist with MRV/MNCR closure and PO close-out documentation.

Key Achievements:

• Successfully expedited 26+ POs across three major ADNOC projects.
• Maintained 95% on-time delivery compliance.
• Improved vendor response times by 20–30% through structured follow-up.
• Reduced document approval delays by up to 40%.
• Ensured zero missed FAT/PIM inspection milestones.

• Got familiarized with the various departments in Etihad Water and Electricity and different roles and responsibilities.
• Established an excellent understanding of various desalination methods, including Multiple Effect Distillation (MED) and Reverse osmosis (RO), and learned about their technologies and operations and the machines involved in the operations, and learned about their maintenance processes.

• Established an excellent understanding of aluminum casting operation processes in detail.
• Gained an understanding of various roles and responsibilities of all departments within casting operations.
• Recognized various products produced in Al Taweelah site of EGA.
• Got familiarized with process efficiency departments tasks and projects.
