EPCM Project consisted of enhancing the production capacity by the installation of new receiving inlet facility, 2 new Gas Dehydration Trains, 2 New Gas Compression Trains and Exposrt gas system for gas export to Habshan. An additional 840 MMSCFD gas will be processed in the new trains.

-Originator of core process documents including Process Basis of Design, Utility BOD, Process Descriptions, H&MB, HP Interface Reports.

- Assisted in the early simulation of GDU Package on HYSYS to review vendor offers

- Verifying the tie-ins against the P&IDs

- Adequacy checks of the LP Steam condensate system sent to existing plant

EPC Handling for the 2 phrases of the project, Phase 1 flowrate (886 MMSCFD, 2 compressor train) Phase 2 flowrate (2136 MMSCFD, 4 compressor trains), Includes H2S Scrubbers, Filters, Suction KODs, Air Coolers, Motor Driven Compressor with VFDs

-Dynamic Simulation Modelling and supporting various scneario runs in pursuit of verfifying compressor controls and Alarm set points during transients.

Green Energy Project to develop an offshore platform to produce 2 GW of electrcity using wind energy at north sea

-Provided support for Fresh Water Maker, Modular Living Quarter, Drain System, Diesel polishing skid package HAZOPs by scribing on PHA Pro software, preparing node-mark-ups and workshop report.

• Co-authored 11 publications on fuel cells, safe electrolytes for sodium ion batteris, bioenergy, nano and photo electrochemistry. • Created a comprehensive process flow diagram of the manually operated blending plant after visually analyzing plant piping, valves and kettle location
• Learnt lube types, properties and formulae
• Tested blended samples for viscosity, Total Base Number (TBN) and flash point
• Reported information about the lubricant manufactured, filling line and the kettle in operation to the supervisor for scheduling manufacture of pending orders
