• Working with Abu Dhabi and UAE Government in shaping vision 2030 in alignment with world best practices.
• Advising the UAE government Youth Entity in supporting Local job creation through SME empowerment.
• Advising the UAE government on Emiratization strategy and policy.
• Supporting the Saudi Government in Preparation for Vision 2030.
• Restructuring Government entities across the GCC Abdullah is responsible for all Palladium engagements in the Middle East, leading clients to local and international recognition as a result of their success.
• He has been involved in projects in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Canada, USA and UK, including as an advisor for the Government of Canada.
• Abdullah has published extensively on the subjects of strategy and performance management and is an active speaker in global and regional summits and events tackling the world’s most prominent topics including social development, economic growth and impact investments.
• Drove operational improvements which resulted in savings and improved profit margins

• Member of Expo 2020’s Live flagship Innovation Impact and was on the Grant Programme judging committee in Dubai, where he was selected as one of the Top 20 Judges in the Middle East in the space of Impact investing to distribute 100M USD grant funding

Participated in the designing and implementation of federal wide employment HR Strategy initiative to help solve the issue of baby boomers retiring in the federal sector. Included building a country-wide work experience program to help students enter the government sector (2007-2009).
