- Track all visitors' records and provide permits.
- Register the acknowledgments and filling all documents.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
- Ensure the organization security, protect against unauthorized access, modification, or destruction, and troubleshoot any access problems.
