• Manage Budgets, Ensure delivery quality, adherence to timelines, and alignment with client expectations.

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients within the practice domain.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.

Presales and Solutioning Support

• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to shape proposals and solutions.
• Provide domain expertise during presales activities and client engagements.

Practice Development

• Support the development and enhancement of service offerings and methodologies.
• Contribute to the creation of reusable assets, frameworks, and knowledge bases.

Performance Management

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as billability, profitability, and delivery metrics.

Talent Development

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

Leads the Digital practice in Intertec System and drives digital transformation using Zerocode, lowcode and Custom Development technologies for customers across government, medium and Large Enterprises. Responsible for defining and driving strategy for the practice. Role spans heavily on the presales cycle and overseeing the delivery of the solutions.
