Terminal Coordination:
Communicate with Khalifa Port Terminal personnel to monitor and resolve any delays affecting loading and offloading activities.

Planning Coordination:
Work with the planning team to ensure container shifting schedules are well coordinated and executed efficiently.

Vehicle Maintenance Coordination:
Coordinate with the garage team to ensure timely vehicle maintenance, repairs, and passing work.

Driver Attendance Management:
Prepare and maintain accurate attendance records for drivers, including outsourced drivers.

Fleet Utilization Reporting:
Generate and submit fleet utilization reports to track and optimize vehicle usage.

Container Shifting Reports:
Prepare daily or weekly container shifting out reports to monitor and document container movements.

Driver Utilization Reporting:
Create and maintain driver utilization reports, ensuring optimal deployment of drivers based on project requirements.

• Arranges transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule
• Expedites all critical orders with local subcontract vendors
• Assign vehicle to various work sites as per customer requirements
• Ensure required passes, permits & other documents are available
• Arrange for IVMS installation on required vehicles, renewal and & reinstallation follow-ups
• Hiring vehicles and equipment from third party as per operational requirements
• Monitor, control & manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals
• LPO Follow up with clients
