Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Conducting introductory calls and HR interviews with shortlisted candidates and preparing summaries to be shared with recruiting manager.
  • Coordinate across department and Own entire onboarding journey, from pre-onboarding operations to 30, 60, 90, 180-day post-onboarding journeys
  • Ensure to get all related documents and liaise with PRO to support Dubai visa/Work permit process with AXS issuing ahead of time and cancel / transfer visas and clear Immigration list.
