Project Overview:
Currently overseeing Blast Furnace #5 Project at Jindal Vijaynagar Metallic Limited, which boasts total capacity of 5 Million Tons Per Annum (MTPA). This extensive project involves significant volume of 1,00,000 cubic meters of reinforced cement concrete (RCC).

Key Achievements:

• Successfully completed 11,000 piling works, utilizing total of 50,000 cubic meters of RCC, laying solid foundation for infrastructure.
• Achieved successful completion of blast furnace foundation, with remarkable 10,000 cubic meter concrete pour executed in single operation.
• Led root cause analysis efforts to identify and resolve recurring quality issues, resulting in 20 percentage reduction in defect rates and improved customer satisfaction.
• Conducted comprehensive quality audits and created detailed audit reports, compliance rating with internal and regulatory quality standards
• Adhered to timelines to meet quality assurance targets. Performed quality inspections and drafted reports to detail non-conforming material issues
• Coordinated with quality control staff to complete inspections. Escalated concerns about project and process quality, referring discovered issues to engineering manager for correction.
