Project : EPC OF BALANCE OF PLANT (BOP) WORKS FOR ASAB & BAB -PS SHORT TERM FACILITIES (ADNOC GAS)

• Ensure the project specification and execute qa/qc plans.
• Review and verify material submittals.
• Assists the QA/QC Head for the preparation of civil ITP’s and method statement, weekly report on civil activities, and other civil QA/QC documents.
• Reviews technical specifications and approved standard drawings and ensure the same are strictly implemented at site concerning civil works.
• Conduct material inspections and approval.
• Conducts regular inspections of the construction activities to identify deviations/non conformances at an early stage of the activity.
• Check the concrete pre-pour inspections like pipe sleepers, pipe support, pipe rack foundations, Pig launcher / receiver, solar Panel, passive cool shelter, Chemical storage, anchor blocks, Fence foundations, FOC splicing pit, light pole foundations, paving etc. in accordance with project specification and applicable codes and standards.
• Coordinates with client’s engineers/inspectors during joint inspection of all civil works.
• Ensure all site activities comply with approved drawings and Specification.
• Ensure the proper execution of Excavation, backfilling, formworks, rebars, concrete works, foundations, paving,roads and related civil works.
• Coordinate with third-party laboratories and review the test reports.
• Monitor Concrete Pouring and Grouting activities
• Raise NCRs for non-conforming works and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure the calibration of equipment's and testing instruments.
• Maintain the quality records, checklists and documentation.
• Monitors the rectification and closure of punch list items of the project prior to handover to the Client.
• Assists the QA/QC Head in the preparation of civil hand-over documents.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly quality reports.

Project: APOC PP Project, Al-Jubail (Tecnimont's Arabia)

• Planning the inspections and tests as per the approved
  inspection and test plan (ITP).
• Conducts daily inspections of earthworks formworks rebar
  and concrete works with presence of clients.
• Coordinate with clients and consultant representees.
• Responsible for all civil inspection activities for various projects covering construction of the next structure for electrical and mechanical including excavation trenching, concrete foundation, steel and pipe supports etc.
• Witnessing the Grouting work activities for steel structure and
  equipment.
• Conducting civil material receiving inspections.
• Monitoring and inspecting fireproofing activities for steel
  structure likewise surface preparation, mesh fixing, Bonding
  agent Application, Fire protecting Cement machines
  applications and finishing.
• Raising INCR if any defective work activities according to
  specification.
• Report to the QA/QC manager, to control and monitor all
  activities related to quality.
• Preparation of Civil related final dossiers.

Project: NFE LNG Expansion Project, Rass Laffan (CTJV - Qatar Gas)

• Responsible for direct implementation of all QC Civil activities.
• Conduct daily inspection for earth work, formwork, rebars
  inspections for foundation, utilities, pipe supports ,roads etc
• Check and witness concrete delivery.
• Check the grouting works for structures and equipment.
• Coordinate with clients regarding daily inspection.
• Check the third-party tests and verify reports.
• Prepare and submit checklist after site inspection.
• Monitor the daily curing practice.
• Raise NCRs if any quality related violations.

Project : 1. Clean Fuel Project MAA, Mina Ahmadi (JGSK JV)

2. KIPIC Zour Project, Al-Zour (FDH JV)

• Implements and maintains QA/QC system in compliance with
  project specification and project quality policy.
• Regular coordination with the construction team for
  specification requirements ITP and correlate the inspection
  activities as required throughout the construction period.
• Inspection of excavation, compaction and Field Density Tests
  (FDT) prior to lean concrete work.
• Inspections for earth work and all civil construction project's
  structure equipment foundations concrete paving, asphalt
  roads.
• Checks the preparation of reinforcements and formworks.
• Check concrete mix design, slump test, concrete specimens and fresh concrete temperature prior to placing of concrete.
• Review of all drawings issued for construction to make sure
  all drawings comply with standard specification and project
  procedure.

Project: BPCL Refinery Project, Mumbai

• Carrying out all inspection and test activities related to concrete works, foundations and grounding, pre-cast concrete works etc.
• Closely coordinates with project construction supervisors for proper implementation of quality control plan and procedures.
• Check the Third-Party laboratory tests and review the reports
• Regular coordination with the construction team for specification requirements ITP and correlate the inspection activities as required throughout the construction period.
• Inspection of excavation, compaction and Field Density Tests (FDT) prior to lean concrete work
• Review of all drawings issued for construction to make sure all drawings comply with standard specification and project procedure.
• Inspections for earth work and all civil construction project's structure equipment foundations concrete paving, asphalt roads.
• Conduct all civil related testing activities like FDT slump test compressive strength test, etc.
• Check source status and contents of documentary evidence such as specifications, drawings and manuals needed for performance of the work
