• Successfully closed 44 Contracts which were pending for long time during the year 2025
• Successfully managed a large number of Contracts
• Led coordination of closeout processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Asset Capitalized amounting to AED 30+Billion related to the GSEC funded projects achieved by the year 2024
• MTB Piling Contract - Negotiated and settled final account resulted in a savings of AED 25+M
• Terminal 3 Construction - Negotiated and settled final account resulted in a savings of AED 250+M including finalization of over 200 variations
• Terminal 3 Carpark Construction - Negotiated and settled final account resulted in a savings of AED 50+M including finalization of over 40 variations
• Around 400 variations which were instructed without the formal approval during the year 2010 - 2012 were negotiated and formally closed after obtaining all necessary approvals.

• Implemented advanced cost control measures to monitor expenditures effectively and identify potential savings.
