• Led Quality Assurance for P2 weapon project, ensuring compliance with specifications and customer requirements.
• Spearhead In-process and final inspection plans, checklist preparation, material mapping, FAIs, NC and MRB activities of Adhoc projects- Dual Rack, Vlatacom, WIAC, Rash Fuze and WHs.
• Conducted in-depth reviews of engineering drawings and specifications to establish inspection criteria for critical components.
• Conduct First Article Inspections (FAIs) and coordinated with suppliers for PPAP submissions to validate production readiness.
• Investigated non-conformances using RCA methodologies (8D, 5 Whys), driving timely resolutions and corrective actions.
• Authored and maintained quality documentation (inspection plans, control plans, risk assessments, checklists) in compliance with AS9100 standards.
• Coordinated MRB activities, ensuring proper disposition of discrepant materials and alignment with project timelines.
• Supported internal and customer audits; facilitated closure of findings with zero recurring issues.
• Performed material receiving inspections and coordinated with third-party labs for mechanical and chemical testing.
• Prepared and reviewed documentation such as ITPs, QCPs, and test reports in line with client and project requirements.
• Conducted supplier audits and qualification assessments to ensure incoming quality standards.

• Incoming inspection of all materials received, based on purchase order and related checklist parameters to ensure that material complies with respective quality requirements.
• Conducts visual and dimensional tests to ensure quality of finished/assembled products (Fueling equipments, Car wash machines, EV chargers etc) are meeting customer specification requirement.
• Reviewing of Supplier Pre-qualification records, Annual performance evaluation records and related QMS documents
• Coordinating in Internal and External Audits, review of audit results, follow up of action plans for audit observations/ findings
• Carryout Factory Acceptance Test in coordination with client/end user, review of related quality documents prior delivery of product.
• Preparation and review of Method of Statement, Check lists, Inspection and Test Plan, Task Risk Assessment for new jobs/ project.
• Maintaining of Gauge List, Equipment list and planning third party calibration schedules.
• Submission of corrective action reports for customer complaints, review of customer feedback reports and actions for customer satisfaction.

• Preparation and review of Control Plan, PFMEA for new development components
• Conducting DIR meetings, Submission of corrective action reports/8D reports for customer complaints with backing of CFT members
• Monitoring and Improvement of SPC for critical dimensions and customer specified dimensions
• Carryout Measurement System Analysis (MSA) for customer provided gauges and own gauges used in plant
• Monitoring of OEE for machines, coordinating QAM reviews and scrap reduction projects (99ppm)
