· Provide 24/7 fault and problem management support across DU Transport network domains, including Fixed Access, Data Centers, IP Platforms, Mobile IP CORE, and Internet Backbone.
· Serve as escalation point during complex outages, conducting root cause analysis, coordinating war rooms, and restoring services within SLAs.
· Resolve escalated trouble tickets from FO/NOC to meet SLA targets while minimizing third-level support involvement.
· Support second-line operations for access and distribution layers, including internet, voice, IPTV, MPLS PE/CE, and 2G/3G/4G/5G integration and troubleshooting.
· Monitor and manage BGP, MPLS, and OSPF connectivity for local ISPs, international capacity, and global DU call centers.
