Being an Operation Engineer I am responsible on all matters related to the repairs and maintenance operation of the physical plant and engineering facilities within the hotel and maintain all mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment including heating and ventilation, whereby role includes key responsibilities such as
Ø Managing Address Downtown Hotel - 220 Keys – Royal suites & Guest Rooms 8 Swimming pools, SPAs, 4 Main Kitchens & Restaurant on LPG & Electric, 7 Heat Exchangers & Secondary Pumps (CW by DCP). 2 Steam Boilers and Air Compressors. 5 Mega Fountains, 4 Levels of Car Park, 16 Plant Rooms equipped with VFDs, 17 Water Tanks including Fire Tanks, 2 Emergency Generators (Hotel & Residence)
Ø The Address Downtown Residence – 620 Keys – Long stays & owners of the apartments, Managed guest rooms Preventive Maintenance, Domestic Boilers Replacements. Water & Fire Tanks. Strategies in reactive & corrective maintenances through Maximo software based on planned maintenance.
Ø Maximo Engineering Software: Asset Register, Scheduled PPM, Statutory Compliances, Predictive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance.

· Kitchen Equipment Upgrade (Replaced Tilting Pans, Hot Plate, and Under Counter Chillers)
· Facade Cladding Smoke & in Room Air Leakage Test with National Aluminum Company.
· Swimming Pool Deck Area Tiles Replacement. (Tiles Imported from Spain).
· Guest Rooms USB Sockets Replacement. (Supplies by Schneider Electric).
· Guest Room 1207 – Odor Elimination (Flushed & Replaced all the Plumbing Fittings)

· Water Tanks Float Valves Replacement. (Faulty & Immovable Valves Replacement).
