• Responsible for designing Network Solutions for various NETS clients as a part of the RFP/RFI/RFS/RFQ response, primarily in the Gulf Region

• Preparing the High, Mid, and Low-Level Designing of the network sites and driving them to delivery.
• Responsible for preparing low-cost tailor-made solutions, technical design and pricing of the same
• Understanding & Analyzing the customer requirements and providing solutions based on the requirements.
• Preparing network diagrams on Visio and working on tools such as Cisco’s CCW to create BOM to support design/solution for the customer.
• Handling major change management scenarios customer calls and various project internal calls helping to maintain good relations with the stakeholders and customers.
• Working on new Bids for new customers or renewal bids for existing customers by preparing technical solutions and customer proposals

¨ Answer to RFI/RFQ/RFP together with the key account manager

¨ Providing LAN, WAN, WLAN, Security, Voice, Data Center and structure cabling solutions

¨ Perform pre-sales activities like conducting technical meetings, advising feasible IT solution

¨ Conducting site surveys and preparing bill of materials for solution as per customer requirements

¨ Preparing complete documentation including technical write up, statement of work, high level diagram

¨ Providing clarifications on proposed solution, and supporting sales team to close deals

Being part of networks team, working on LAN, WAN, WLAN, UC solutions
¨ Response to RFI/RFQ/ RFP/ Tenders with sales team and principal vendors
¨ Archiving bid-related documents on file Server according to ISO, QMS standards

¨ Appointed as instructor assistant and prepare lab setup for CCNP & CCIE classes
¨ Help students to get hands-on experience with routers/switches and get CCNA and CCNP
¨ LAN/WAN integration and deployment routing protocol such as EIGRP, RIP, OSPF, static routes.
¨ Switching concepts including VLANs, VTP, DTP, STP, RSTP, MST, HSRP, VRRP, and GLBP
¨ Build and maintain network diagrams along with lab documents.
¨ Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance at customer network Infrastructure
¨ Troubleshooting, upgrading IOS and password recovery on routers and switches
