Led the analysis and research on the firm's first investment into: the region's largest homegrown ecommerce fashion house The Giving Movement, renowned fine dining restaurant Em Sherif, omnichannel eyewear retailer Eyewa, and socially concious ultra-fast fashion ecommerce brand Urbanic, amongst various other deals, honing the following skills;

• Establishing and nurturing relationships on the deal sourcing and investor front
• Sales expertise - promoting the Fund to potential investors, as well as advising and educating deal companies on the benefit of onboarding a value creation private equity firm
• CRM software management
• Omnichannel expansion strategizing - assisting businesses in expanding their revenue streams by incorporating ecommerce or physical store expansion
• Commercial & financial due diligence on companies with varying business models
• Market landscaping in all areas of the consumer space - regional and global
• Financial data analysis of businesses at different life cycle stages
• Financial modelling and valuations - deals of $10-40M ticket size
• Contributing to the development of the firm's corporate profile decks
• Developing deal informational decks

Working on key business development strategies for owner and operator of licensed restaurants in the MENA region including American diner Denny's. Taking lead on tasks such as but not limited to; market research, & real estate zoning, growth strategizing, and customer demographic analysis
