• Developed a comprehensive commissioning plan for mechanical systems, outlining the sequence of activities, resource allocation, and timelines, In coordination with other departments, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth commissioning process.
• Prepared the detailed start-up procedures for BOP systems and Gas turbine systems in order to ensure proper operation and functioning of all BoP systems.

• Prepare and develop commissioning procedures as per owner specifications .
• Supervising mechanical, electrical and I&C commissioning teams to perform pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup & operation activities related to the power plant BOP in a safe and prudent manner.
• Supervise and approve the construction completion of the systems\equipment to ensure the smooth hand over from construction to commissioning phase.
• Communicating with the equipment vendors and suppliers to resolve any unforeseen troubles during commissioning and startup.
• Preparing and performing chemical cleaning and steam blow procedures.
• Managing daily and weekly meetings with site staff; and Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Supervise the Implementation of periodic maintenance plan of all power plant (project relevant) equipment.

• Arranging day to day activities with PSP staff on daily meeting to follow up commissioning activities.

• Coordinating with Siemens TFA to perform pre-commissioning work of GT systems (oil flushing of lifting & lube oil and Hydraulic oil system), (Pegging and air blowing of fuel gas system) and (flushing of closed cooling system).
• Managing Mechanical Commissioning staff in order to perform all commissioning work of BOP systems (firefighting, service cooling, demi water, Instrument air and service air systems).
• leading the hydro test work of the HRSG. then HRSG chemical cleaning and pre-commissioning work.
• HRSG Valves arrangement/reinstatement before/ after chemical cleaning / hydro test / Steam blow.

• Coordinating with Siemens TFA to perform all GT systems commissioning (lifting & lube oil, Hydraulic oil, fuel gas, Blow off, air intake and CO2 FF systems).
• Managing Commissioning staff in order to perform all commissioning work of BOP systems (Closed cooling, fin fan coolers, demi water, Instrument air and service air systems).
• Supervising on GT performance test.
• Leading and Following up operation team during reliability test.
• Performing pre-commissioning and commissioning work of fuel oil system.

• Doing comissioning tests & start up for all auxiliary equipments and systems of the plant.
• Review all technical documents necessary for commissioning of different systems and ensure all technical data are clear and available with commissioning team.
• Follow project commissioning schedule and accordingly divide the work through comm. team and allocate required resources.
• Make sure that all necessary tools and testing devices are available with the team and calibrated.
• Commissioning check lists are to be completed and the critical records highlighted.
• Receiving the systems from QC (Quality Control) and Construction, then commissioning of CP-118 BoP systems.
• Close connection with Health and Safety Executive (HSE) unit to make everybody aware of likely danger potentials of commissioning activities.
• Plan all individual units and overall plant are handed over to client after completion of commissioning.

• working for PSP (Power Systems Projects) CP-118 Contractor at Abu Qir steam power plant (2 * 650 MW) , doing commissioning tests & start up for all auxiliary equipment and systems of the plant .
• Carry out proper operation of all equipment during performance and reliability tests till commercial operation.

• Working for Kharafi National at El Shabab Simple Cycle plant 1000 MW (8 units × 125 MW), Type: GE gas turbine Frame 9E.
• Doing mechanical commissioning works of the gas turbine and its auxiliaries like.
