Platform Teams - Multiple internal platform portals [Agent portal, Group Portal, Enrollment Portal]

• Created custom libraries for various portal which were self sustaining and tailored to the experience the team required.
• Provided support and collaborated with other teams to integrate the libraries into their system.
• Participated in Design and Architecture discussion to come with the most efficient design to integrate the components.

Team - Care Assurance Portal

Description : Care Assurance Portal is a platform which helps the technicians to take jobs for setting up equipment in customer location and track the whole process as needed through the portal.

Tasks :

• Designed web pages based on the wireframes given.
• Worked on implementing reusable code with best practices
• Updated old code bases to modern development standards, improving functionality.
• Discussed issues with team members to provide resolution for issues.
• Provide support to debug and fix bugs.
