• On-boarding new Merchant acquiring applications, Verify and review agreement and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy of ID details Trade License MOA or amendment etc.
• Generate Risk score, Analysis KYC and CDD documents check and the merchant eligibility to on board and set up merchant ID.
• Liaise between the sales team and other operation department to process the applications.
• Perform tasks like MATCH, World check to signatories and merchants.
• Create Merchant profile Functional detailing of Outlet ID and terminal ID. Update Merchant profile on the basis of Amendment request.

• Operation team member to support UAE Exchange branch officials globally by call or email or SCM portal; to resolve queries and concerns facing by the branches acting as the first point of contact to address and resolve day to day internal issues; including troubleshooting of CDMs, Payroll handling, Smart pay, Go cash travel card, Remittance, Allied products, Western Union and Swift transactions including AML and processing center follow ups.
• Handling payroll related activities – WPS, NON WPS or Free zone WPS (Biller registration to salary disbursal), including customer registration, SIF file upload, NAK, RTC Rejection reprocessing, DIF submission etc.
• Liaise between with top level management, other internal departments as well partners on the basics of requirement.

• Digital Banking User id reset, unlock, dispute setting, beneficiary approval and Customer profile update.

• Educated customers on use of banking website and mobile apps.
