· Develop, maintain & maximize the performance of the organization’s fleet to produce an efficient output in terms of value and profitability for 95+ vehicles.

· Determine type and extent of repairs required and schedule repair accordingly, considering vehicle downtime so as to minimize effects on sales.

· Management of company warehouses spread across multiple locations.

· New Warehouse Construction /set up coordination in accordance with the municipality guidelines.

· Ensure timely Registration and Passing of mulkya renewal.

· Responsible for Insurance, claiming and negotiation.

· Appropriate handling of Accident-related case (Both minor & major accidents)

· Arranging Food distribution permissions from Municipalities.

· Handling Advertisements, sticker permission, cancellation and renewals.

· Trouble shooting of Thermo king unit (T 600R) as beginner.

· Monitoring VTS for optimizing the cost.

· Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.

· Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger.

· Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups.

· Verifies financial reports by running performance analysis software program.

· Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

· Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

· Different types of printing and plotting.

· Basic trouble shooting of printers.

· Choose the OEM parts by using software’s. Like febi.de, lemforder.

· Knowledge about TEC DOC, EPC, ETK,

· Placing the spare parts on proper location.

· Enter the data on workshop management system.

· Issuing special tools upon request.

· Introducing different brands to customer if OEM is not avail

· Issue job cards, and keep as soft copy

· Scanning, fault diagnostics, Service resetting, By using LAUNCH machine (X 431 pad)
