Key Projects

1. Tawazun, Ministry of Finance- Muscat, Oman

As an Engagement Director, I played a pivotal role in the establishment of an Integration Management Office (IMO) responsible for the seamless integration of all pension funds within the Sultanate of Oman. This initiative aimed to enhance efficiency, reduce duplication, ensure a unified approach to pension fund management and establishment of the Social Protection Fund as a new entity.

2. National Economic Diversification Program (Tanweea), Ministry of Economy- Muscat, Oman

In my role as Engagement Director, I led the setup and operationalization of a Project Management Office (PMO) for the Ministry of Economy in Muscat, Oman, as part of the National Economic Diversification Program (NEDP). This program focused on diversifying the country's economy, and I planned the implementation of critical projects/ initiatives aimed at achieving this goal.

3. Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) – Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.

I supported ADIO's Project Management Office (PMO) as Engagement Director, focusing on project oversight, efficiency enhancement, and stakeholder collaboration. My role contributed to ADIO's mission of promoting economic growth in Abu Dhabi.

4. Government Entity- Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.

As the Project Director, I was responsible for establishing and activating a PMO for one of the largest government entities in Abu Dhabi. This involved designing the governance structure, defining project management processes, and ensuring the successful initiation of projects within the organization.

5. Zayed National Museum, Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT)- Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.

Serving as the Engagement Director, I led a team in developing a comprehensive Transition Plan for the prestigious Zayed National Museum in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This plan was instrumental in guiding the museum through various phases, from conception to realization.

6. Zayed National Museum, Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT)- Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.

As the Project Director for the Zayed National Museum, I was responsible for the development of robust policies and procedures. This ensured the efficient and organized operation of the museum, preserving and showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the UAE.

Acting as a Subject Matter Expert, I participated in a comprehensive study and preparation of the Waqf (endowment) strategy for the Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation in Dubai, UAE. This strategy aimed to ensure the efficient and sustainable management of charitable endowments.

10. National Transport Company- Abu Dhabi, UA.E.

In my capacity as Deputy General Manager, I led a transformative initiative at the National Transport Company, involving business process re-engineering and change management. This effort resulted in increased revenues, reduced operational costs, and improved profitability. Furthermore, I oversaw the digital transformation of the company's systems and a comprehensive restructuring of its various departments.

I led a project focused on carving out assets from Dubai Asset Management (DAM) and Jumeirah Group to establish Dubai Retail LLC. This endeavor required meticulous planning and execution to ensure a smooth transition of assets and operations.

I directed the implementation of online banking policies and procedures for Dubai Retail LLC. This involved creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to facilitate secure and efficient online banking services.

13. Marina Mall- Abu Dhabi, U.A.E

I oversaw the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system at Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi, designed to enhance customer engagement and provide valuable insights for marketing and service improvement.

14. National Transportation Company- Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.

I took the lead on several significant projects across various sectors in the United Arab Emirates, including the Ministry of Public Works, Department of Finance, Tawam Hospital, Al Ain Hospital, Statistics Center of Abu Dhabi (SCAD), ZADCO, and Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC). My responsibilities included budget preparation, project monitoring and control, timeline management, prioritization, and effective stakeholder communication.

I served as a Steering Committee member, contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures at Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi. This role involved providing strategic insights and guidance for the mall's operations and management.

I led various IT enhancement projects, including the integration of Yardi and Oracle BI, as well as the integration of Oracle BI with budgeting tools and software. These projects encompassed the entire process, from inception to the circulation of changes to business partners, including the organization of necessary training sessions.
