As an Engagement Director, I played a pivotal role in the establishment of an Integration Management Office (IMO) responsible for the seamless integration of all pension funds within the Sultanate of Oman. This initiative aimed to enhance efficiency, reduce duplication, ensure a unified approach to pension fund management and establishment of the Social Protection Fund as a new entity.

In my role as Engagement Director, I led the setup and operationalization of a Project Management Office (PMO) for the Ministry of Economy in Muscat, Oman, as part of the National Economic Diversification Program (NEDP). This program focused on diversifying the country's economy, and I planned the implementation of critical projects/ initiatives aimed at achieving this goal.
