  • Raise stage wise inspections such as Fit-up, welding visual, NDT, painting and Handing over inspections.
  • Allocate Fit-up, Welding and Finishing team according to the priority.
  • Ensuring Safe work for the workers.
  • Tracking all materials quantities through out the project and ensure that the production rates are met.
  • Submit all project close out documents in accordance with the contract.
  • Prepare plan of action and schedules, and coordinate with timeframes, all with client approval. Maintain high satisfaction ratings from clients.
