· Reviewing and Preparing technical submittals as subcontractors prequalification, Material Submittals, Method statement, inspection and test plans & Request for information’s.

· Developing and implementing Method Statement, Quality Control Inspection, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), together with associated quality control check list in line with the approved construction practices and project specifications

· Performing all the required inspections for Civil and Architectural works.

· Experience in Laboratory and Field Testing for construction materials, and preparing/ reviewing test reports, Coordination with Third Party Laboratory, and Batching Plant.

· Coordinate quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors, coordinate all destructive /non-destructive testing on site.

· Co-coordinating and conduct meeting with Construction team, Engineering team, Survey team, QA team, Certification and project handover team, Document controller team, Audit team, Vendor, sub-contractor. Interface issue, third party Lab, Batching Plant, Client/Consultant etc. to resolve the issues as necessary.

§ Monitoring, measuring and reporting quality performance and objectives through the quality KPl’s.

§ Raising and closing NCR, CAN, CAR and PAR in conjunction with the Engineers.

· Ensuring that the quality related lessons learnt are reported to the Project Manager and the Corporate Quality Manager

· Preparation monthly materials testing reports, QA/QC reports and having strong communication, coordination and reporting ability

§ Reviewing manufacturer's certificate of different materials and preparing submittal to client / consultant for approval.

§ Implement the PQP at site

§ Coordinate with the client representative on all quality matters.

§ Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors.

§ Conduct training/awareness program for the site team.

Review the client specification and undertake relevant training to the site QC inspectors
