• Implemented Heat Recovery System, downlighting to Prevent Light Pollution, Low Impact Development Strategies (Soil Retention for Landscaping), Rainwater Collection for Gardening and Water Features

Responsibilities

• Reviewed drawings and specifications, monitored project activities for alignment with budget and schedule.
• Engaged with client’s representative for budget management, cost optimization, and change implementation.
• Ensured projects were completed within budget, meeting client requirements, and customer satisfaction.
