  • Main function.
  • Follow up with the supplier for the Material submittal and ensure that the submittal is complying with the specifications with the lowest cost.
  • Prepare the shop drawings including the heat load calculation and duct design ,pipe design ...ect.
  • Prepare the coordination drawings to enable the site team complete the installtion without any clashes or obstacles with clear routing and levels.
  • Prepare and submit the RFI , Letters in case of unclear design , work scope , this is to submit the cost and time impact for any addtional works might be added.
  • Prepare the monthly invoice for the main contractor.
  • Perpare the final tick-off qunatities for all materials as per the latest shop drawings and ensure that the materials are available before starting the work.
  • Supervision of the following installation: duct installation, pipe installation, HVAC equipment installation like Fans, FCU’s, pumps, AHU's.
  • Ensure that materials used at site are approved and comply with the contract requirements and Standards.
  • Prepare and Monitor the RFI, WIR ,MIR for inspections and clear it out safely under QC requisition.
  • Sending the inquiries and study the quotations to recommend the best choice and the lowest price.
  • Coordinate with the other services for job Execution and co-coordinating with sub-contractors for the ongoing activities and ensure that the schedule or target program can be achieved.
  • Ensuring Health & safety in the site execution process.
  • Permit work procedures at site execution.
  • ESP calculation for the Fans ,AHU's .
  • And Head calculation for all the Pumps.
  • Attend the meetings with the main contractor and clients.
  • Using cost evaluation techniques and calculations and ensure that the project cost is kept the minimum without losing quality and efficiency.
