Moving to upstream in the oil and gas sector gave me the opportunity to be exposed to different types of challenges. This role was related to the core business of ADNOC, which is extruding oil and gas from onshore fields. The value and criticality of this type of contract sharpened my knowledge of how to deal with such a contract and find the best approach to the company aligned with our business plan and budget allocated.

• Provide specialized engineering and designs in the area of Static Equipment Engineering for the new developments and projects to ensure correct and consistent design practices and design philosophies are applied in the different projects at the different stages of projects
