• Since September 2024 I have been serving as the Principal of Al Yahar Private School (YPS), a dual curricula school delivering the American and MoE curricula to students from KG to Grade 12 in every stream.

Key achievements:

• Led a focused school improvement strategy that resulted in securing three Outstanding and six Good indicators in the National Identity Mark as a step to an overall outstanding rate.
• Raised the Educational Compliance Rate from Partially Compliant to Mostly Compliant within five months, demonstrating rapid and sustainable improvement against ADEK expectations.
• Leading the review and implementation of policies to ensure they have the positive impact on student achievement and school culture.
• Enhancing assessment practices in line with curriculum standards and strengthening internal quality assurance procedures.
• Improve safeguarding, inclusion, and health and safety protocols, all supported by robust documentation and evidence-based monitoring systems.

• As of May 2022, I have been serving as the Executive Vice Principal at Al Shoruoq Private School, a pioneering educational institution in Dubai that follows the Ministry of Education (MoE) curriculum for approximately 2000 K-12 students.

Key Achievement:

• Raised the school's evaluation in Irtiqaa's inspection from Acceptable to Good with Very Good indicators. The year after, we moved to a solid Good evaluation with a lot of Very Good indicators.

Key responsibilities include:

• Informing the school mission, vision, and values.
• Leading curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
• Building meaningful engagement of parents and the local community.
• Planning the policies and procedures for school operations and management.
• Securing a professional society for teachers and staff.

• Baraem Al Ain is an innovative educational institute that serves about 2000 K-12 students. I worked as a principal from June 2021.

Key Achievements:

• Raised the school performance in Irtiqaa inspection from Acceptable to Good with some Very Good indicators.

• Modern Private School is an inspiring educational environment. I worked for MPS for four years.

Achievement:

• Raising the school band in Irtiqaa from Acceptable to Good.

Key responsibilities include:

• Formulate the school development priorities and discuss them with the BoT.
• Make sure all the HoDs follow the same performance standards for consistency.
• Conducting academic research and case studies to improve instruction.
• Analysing progress data and forming data-driven action plans.
• Improving the practices and plans of the middle leaders.

• IAS is a private school that delivers the American Diploma. My role included working as English HoD.

Achievement:

• ADEK inspection committee, in their inspection report, included many inspiring practices that they saw when they visited the English teachers.

• From September 2012 to September 2015, I served as the Head of the English Department (HOD) for Cycle 2 at Al Worood Academy, a private school offering the American and British IGCSE curricula. During this period, my responsibilities encompassed teaching English to high school students.

• Al Ma'ali international is an educational institute that offers the American curriculum for all grades. I worked there from Sept. 2009 to Sept. 2012. My role was to teach English to grades 9, 10 and 11.

• Bani Hilal is a governmental school that follows the national Egyptian curriculum. I taught English for different grades.
• Achievement: Creating a sincere friendship between the students and strengthening their relationship with their local community.
