The expected population is 9,785, featuring residential apartments, over 1,000 townhouses and villas across 24 different types, special villas, and a full range of key facilities (Mosques, Souq, clinic, nursery, retail, marina, police and fire stations, and an international school).
- In the Development Department, I lead the design stage, coordinating with multiple consultants for various projects within the Jubail Island Development.
- Managing the design of over 1,000 villas in 24 typologies—fully finished, with five European designers working alongside local AOR/EOR.
- Handling customized villas in coordination with the sales team, clients, local AOR, and contractors.
- Overseeing and reviewing all design phases for typical, special, and customized villas.
- Managing tender documents and evaluating submissions from bidders.
- Leading design improvements and value engineering through all design and construction stages.
- Managing design for the fire station, residential plots, and Souq plots within the project.
- Providing construction management support for all the above-mentioned projects.
- Managing the ongoing design of the Emirates Palace Villas Project.
- Overseeing multiple Abu Dhabi-based projects up to design completion: Al Gurm Project – Private villas, Al Muntazah Office Building – Abu Dhabi, Al Ain Residential Building – Al Ain, and Khalifa A Residential Villas.

- Maintenance, renovation, and restoration of Khoja Group Housing Compound, which includes a main palace (about 2,500m²) and 6 residential villas (700m² each) on a 100,000m² site.
- Supervision of all site works, including periodic maintenance, renovation, rebuilding, new construction, and maintenance and development of gardens and swimming pools.
- Conducted study for the renovation and development of Khoja Housing Centre, a 200-room hotel building in Kandara District, Jeddah, including technical market studies and evaluation of financial proposals for development and renovation.
