FIRE & GAS SCOPE

§ Installation and pre-commissioning of free-issued Fire Alarm devices (Smoke Detectors, Manual call points, Visual & Audible Alarms) inside the building and on HVAC air intake.

§ Installation and pre-commissioning of free-issued Fire Alarm devices cables and cable glands. All related Consumables such as cable tags, ferules, lugs, etc. shall be under CCTC scope.

§ Design, supply & installation of cable trays, cable tray supports, MCT’s & accessories for fire alarm system inside the building and on HVAC fresh air intake.

SAFETY & FF SCOPE

§ Design, supply and installation of safety signs

§ Installation of free issued firefighting equipment and lifesaving equipment

TELECOM. SCOPE

§ Installation and pre-commissioning of free-issued Telephone and Data outlets (Wall mounted) inside the building.

§ Installation and pre-commissioning of free-issued Telephone and Data outlets cables and cable glands. All related Consumables such as cable tags, ferules, lugs, etc. shall be under CCTC scope.

§ Design, supply & installation of cable trays, cable tray supports, MCT’s & accessories for Telephone and Data outlets.

MECH./ PIPING SCOPE

§ Design, supply & installation of Drain piping inside the building and up to tie-in point.

§ Construction Isometrics shall be provided.

§ Design, supply & installation of Piping related to other works inside the Building (Any utility piping/plumbing) and up to tie-in point, including the tie-in flange outside the Building.

Lifting Responsibilities :

Ø Monitoring and inspection of equipment on site and implementation of HSE policies.

Ø Approved Loading and unloading of construction materials from supply boats on offshore or long trailers on onshore based on request apply by appointed person ( A.P) .

Ø Reviewing with HSE engineer and appointed person (A.P) of Task Risk Assessment and Coordinate available resources at site to ensure upkeep of cranes and lifting equipment and provide safe and efficient lifting services to meet the requirements of Operations, Maintenance and Projects.

Ø Management of mechanical systems such as pedestal cranes and other loose lifting equipment at site; ensuring lifting equipment and relevant personnel have valid and current certification.

Ø Conduct safety and tool box talks, attend safety meetings, conduct safety observation tours.

Ø Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
