Currently Responsible for Kuwait Market Operation in Commercial Point of view commercial term

In addition to Job Duties cited in below period, current roles is mainly focused on all scale of commercial activities which included but not limited to following:

A) Tenders and bids

  • Handling of RFQ, RFP received/obtained from various clients
  • Studying of clients requirement for each RFQ, RFP
  • Arranging of necessary internal communications in company to conclude either taking up or declining
  • Handling of pre-bid clarification
  • Arranging final bid documents duly meets with Client’s requirements
  • Handling of post-bid clarification

B) Contract management

  • Responsible for Contract Negotiation, till formal signature
  • Responsible as point of contact for customers on contractual matters
  • Ensuring that Contracts are properly entered into company database (EBS)
  • Monitoring the Contract Execution in order to apply and achieve the commercial aspects
  • Ensuring the invoicing to be done accurately on time
  • Maintaining of contractual records and commercial documentation
  • Ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations.
  • Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal
  • Support of Settling the relevant disputes raised out from the contract execution

C) Sales & Marketing

  • Monitoring the alliances in particular market in order to understand the markets trends
  • Monitoring of the competitors behaviors
  • Promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers

D) Financial & Accounts Support

  • Provide a forecasting cash follow
  • Supporting on reconciliation of Account receivable and Account Payable with Customers and Vendor
  • Supporting on concluding Profit and Loss statement related to operations income
  • Ensure timely recognitions of Sales Revenue
  • Supporting on issuing of the Sales invoices based on the contract terms and Conditions
  • Handling of Letter of Credits with Customers and Banks

E) Confidentiality agreements

  • Concluding & Maintaining of the confidential agreements with agents
  • Arranging pre-tip agreement with customers in case of potential business opportunities

F) Business development

  • Promoting of New products in different Markets
