Responsibilities :
Design Oversight: Manage and oversee the design aspects of a project, ensuring that design work meets technical standards, requirements, and project objectives
Quality Assurance : Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee that design work aligns with technical and industry standards.
Technical Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation related to design decisions, technical requirements, and design standards.
Problem Solving: Address technical challenges and issues that may arise during the design process, finding effective
solutions that balance design and technical considerations
Vendor and Tool Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate design tools, software, and technology solutions to support
the design process.
Budget Management: Manage the technical aspects of the design phase within budget constraints, making sure that
technical resources are allocated efficiently.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that design work complies with industry standards, local regulations, and any technical
requirements relevant to the project.
Risk Assessment : Identify and mitigate potential technical risks associated with the design phase of the project.
Client Communication: Communicate technical aspects of the design process to clients and stakeholders, addressing their concerns and needs.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage design teams, providing technical leadership and support as needed
Site Planning: Collaborating with architects and engineers to develop the overall site plan, including the placement of buildings, roads, parking areas, and other infrastructure elements.
